Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions

What is a standing seam roof and why is it a good choice?

A standing seam roof is a metal roof whose sheet edges are joined with a closed folded seam. It is extremely durable and weatherproof and suits the Estonian climate especially well — it handles snow, ice and rain and, when properly built, lasts for decades.

Do you also do custom sheet metal fabrication?

Yes. We have our own production and bending machine with which we make trim and custom sheet metal profiles, window flashing, plinth flashing and other details exactly to the project. This is invaluable for complex and historic buildings.

What roofing works do you do?

We build new roofs and renovate old ones — gable roof, hip roof and flat roof — standing seam and sheet metal works, rainwater systems, apartment building renovation, heritage works and general contracting.

Are you allowed to work on heritage objects?

Yes. We hold Heritage Board licence E498/2010 and have restored the roofs of churches, monasteries and manors, including copper domes and historic standing seam roofs.

How quickly can I get a quote?

Fill in the enquiry form or call — we reply within 24 hours on business days. We then arrange a site inspection and prepare a specific quote.

Do you provide a warranty on the work?

Yes, we provide a warranty on completed work. As the general contractor we are responsible for the whole result and keep to the agreed schedule and budget.
